This website does not ask you to create an account and the booking assistant does not submit or store your answers. If you allow measurement, we measure general activity such as pages viewed and clicks on booking, transportation, WhatsApp, phone, email, review and gallery links.
We do not send the text of your WhatsApp message, medical information, payment details or booking-form contents to website analytics.
Tablet check-in, waivers and photo delivery
At the Skylork office, guests use a tablet to provide the requested photo-delivery information and complete a digital waiver and consent form. Those details support check-in, the participation record and delivery of the Dropbox photo link. This on-site process is separate from the website’s optional analytics settings.
Read the waiver and consent wording on the tablet before submitting, and ask the team if anything is unclear. Activity photos are delivered through Dropbox folders organised by date and session. A shared folder may include other guests from that session; anyone with access to the link may be able to view and download the photos it exposes.

Enquiries and information requests
When you contact Skylork, the team receives the contact details and booking or enquiry information you choose to provide, and uses it to respond and help manage your visit. Online reservations and payments are handled through FareHarbor.
You can contact info@skylork.com to ask about information held in connection with your enquiry, reservation, waiver or photo delivery, or to request a correction, access or deletion. Include enough detail to identify the record; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents. The response depends on the records involved and any applicable obligations.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With permission, the website loads Google Tag Manager container GTM-W3HKDNSB, which sends analytics events to Skylork’s clean production Google Analytics 4 stream G-K11LD6J865, and Meta Pixel 206496872487532. These services may use cookies and receive device, browser, approximate location, page-view and interaction information to help Skylork understand website use, attribute advertising visits and measure booking interest. Google advertising storage and advertising personalization remain denied by the website.
If you choose “Essential only,” neither Google Tag Manager nor the Meta Pixel loads. If you withdraw permission after previously allowing measurement, consent switches to denied immediately and these services will not load on future page views. Your choice is remembered in your browser so the banner does not appear on every page.
Bookings and external services
Booking buttons open FareHarbor, and contact or review links may open WhatsApp, your email or telephone application, Google Maps or Tripadvisor. Those services process information under their own privacy terms once you visit them.
The website also uses typefaces supplied by Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google to download these files when you visit a page.
