Scooter Snorkeling and Swim with Turtles both look for marine life. Scooter Snorkeling adds a powered sea scooter; Swim with Turtles uses conventional snorkeling. Sightings are not guaranteed on either experience.

No. SeaNXT Ocean Jet is a separate powered surface adventure. Scooter Snorkeling focuses on guided snorkeling, underwater sights and marine life.

No. Swimming ability and comfort in open water are required. A scooter and flotation equipment do not make the tour suitable for non-swimmers.

You can be new to the equipment if you are a confident swimmer. Your guide provides a safety and equipment briefing. Tell us about any concerns before booking.

The recommended range is 10–70. A strong swimmer aged 8–9 who can control a scooter, or an active guest over 70, may be considered by the team. Ask for approval before booking an exception.

Contact Skylork before reserving to discuss the activity requirements and any support needs. Do not assume that a private guide or flotation vest resolves a participation concern.

Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and your booking confirmation. Check your selected tour for any additional requirements.

No. Scooter Snorkeling is primarily enjoyed at the surface. Going below is optional and depends on your confidence, conditions and the guide’s instructions.

Turtle sightings are not guaranteed. Skylork estimates a 95% chance of seeing turtles on Scooter Snorkeling. Turtles are wild animals, and conditions and sightings vary from tour to tour. This estimate applies to Scooter Snorkeling; it is not a guarantee for any activity.

Yes. Our snorkeling experiences are guided. Follow the briefing and stay with your guide during the outing.

At Galleon Beach in English Harbour, Antigua. Follow the specific meeting instructions in your confirmation.

Usual sessions are 9:30 am, 11:00 am and 2:00 pm in Antigua local time. Available dates and departures are confirmed in the booking calendar.

Do not assume transport is included. Ask about your hotel or cruise meeting point, availability and any cost before reserving.

Choose the earliest departure that realistically fits your ship’s arrival and disembarkation time. Earlier sessions leave more time for the return journey and unexpected delays. Share your ship name, arrival time and all-aboard time before booking; do not choose an afternoon session without checking that the full visit fits.

For planning, allow about an hour each way by road between the St John’s cruise port and Galleon Beach in English Harbour. This is a planning allowance, not a guaranteed transfer time. Traffic, your pickup point and port congestion can change the journey; confirm pickup and return timing with your driver or our team.

We can help you choose a session and return plan around your ship’s all-aboard deadline. Book an earlier departure and allow time for disembarkation, both road journeys, the activity, the briefing and a generous return buffer. Traffic and ship schedules are outside our control, so we cannot give an unconditional return guarantee. Confirm the plan before booking if time is tight.

Allow 2½ hours at the activity, plus road travel in both directions and extra time for port procedures and delays. This visit allowance includes preparation and, for water activities, orientation and the safety briefing; do not add that briefing again. Larger groups may take longer for preparation and the tour. Choose an earlier departure and plan around your ship’s all-aboard deadline, allowing for any difference between ship time and Antigua local time.

Transportation is booked separately. Use our transportation page to reserve the appropriate round-trip transfer, and confirm your pickup point, pickup time and return arrangements for your chosen activity.

All activities on this website follow a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are charged 100%, except when weather prevents an affected snorkeling activity and rebooking is not possible, a qualifying cruise disruption prevents attendance, or Skylork Ltd approves an illness refund.

If Skylork determines that weather does not permit a snorkeling activity to operate safely, we will first try to move your booking to another suitable time. If rebooking is not possible during your remaining time in Antigua, we will issue a full refund for the affected snorkeling activity.

We offer a full refund if your ship changes itinerary or cannot dock and this prevents you from attending your booked activity. Let us know as soon as possible and share your booking details and the cruise line’s notice.

Please contact us promptly if you are unwell, and do not join a water activity while sick. Within the 48-hour cancellation window, refunds for illness are at the discretion of Skylork Ltd and are not automatic. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead follow our standard full-refund policy.

We have limited spaces each day. Your booking reserves a place that we cannot sell to another guest. Last-minute cancellations often leave too little time to refill that space, so please plan responsibly and notify us as early as possible.

No. Please act responsibly and avoid alcohol before snorkeling. Arrive sober, ready to swim and able to follow the safety briefing. Do not schedule an alcohol-tasting experience before a snorkeling activity. Tell your guide if you feel unwell or unable to participate safely.
