FROM SHIP TO SEA SCOOTER
If you book transportation, meet at Old St John’s Post Office: 8:30 a.m. for the 9:30 session or 10:15 a.m. for the 11:00 session. Allow time to leave the ship and reach the meeting point; pickup is not at the gangway.
Travel to English Harbour with your arranged transfer, or make your own way to Skylork at Galleon Beach. Follow the arrival instructions in your confirmation.
Check in, complete your waiver, fit your equipment and practise using your sea scooter. Allow approximately 30 minutes for orientation and the safety briefing.
Enjoy approximately one hour of scooter snorkeling from the shore. Follow your guide through the underwater scenery; the route depends on sea conditions and wildlife sightings vary.
Return your equipment, enjoy light refreshments and follow the instructions for your complimentary photos. If you booked transport, follow the agreed return plan with your driver.
Plan the whole outing: briefing, orientation, snorkeling and refreshments take approximately two hours at the site. Allow another 30 minutes as a buffer, plus the scenic 45-minute journey each way and time for port procedures. The return estimates below include that 30-minute activity buffer; keep additional time before your ship’s all-aboard deadline.
Choose your morning sessionTHE JOURNEY IS PART OF THE DAY
Leave the busy port behind and travel across Antigua’s south coast toward English Harbour. If you add the optional pickup, the road winds past island villages, green hills and glimpses of the Caribbean before opening onto Galleon Beach.
Your scenic journey is part of the experience: allow approximately 45 minutes from St John’s to Galleon Beach, and 45 minutes for the return to port. Enjoy the island scenery along the way; traffic can affect journey times.

Hold the powered scooter, follow your guide and watch the reef drift by. It is a memorable way to spend a few hours ashore.

You must know how to swim and feel comfortable in open water. Your scooter assists movement; it does not replace swimming ability.
Recommended ages are 10–70. Guests outside this range need advance approval. Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and your booking confirmation.

Optional round-trip transportation is US$25 per person, with a minimum of two transportation passengers. A one-person transport booking is not available. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 100%, except for the qualifying situations in our policy.
Full refund if your ship cannot dock or an itinerary change prevents attendance. Notify Skylork promptly and share your booking reference and the cruise line’s notice.
If Skylork cannot operate the snorkeling safely, we try to rebook; if that is not possible during your remaining time in Antigua, the affected activity is refunded. Illness refunds within 48 hours are at Skylork’s discretion.

You can book snorkeling without transport and arrange your own journey. Our optional round-trip transport requires at least two transportation passengers.
