1. Choose the activity that fits your group
Start with swimming ability, ages and what everyone wants from the outing. Scooter Snorkeling combines powered equipment with guided marine exploration. Swim with Turtles is a classic snorkeling option. Private tours offer a dedicated guide, while Sea Cycle and SeaNXT are separate experiences with their own requirements.
Tell us about anyone who is uncertain in the water or has a support need before making a reservation. Booking privately does not remove the swimming requirement from a snorkeling activity.
2. Read your booking details
Your selected booking shows the current price, duration, departure, inclusions and terms. Those details matter more than a remembered price or an old social post. Review the complete total before paying.
Usual Scooter Snorkeling departures are 9:30 am, 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, Antigua time. The live calendar determines which sessions are actually available.
3. Arrange the journey to Galleon Beach
We are based at Galleon Beach in English Harbour, Antigua. Use the meeting instructions in your confirmation to find the correct check-in point.
Ask about transport before booking if you need pickup. Share your hotel name or cruise details so the team can confirm whether a pickup is available, where to meet and any additional charge. Transport is not automatically included.
4. Pack for the water
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and your booking confirmation. A sun-protection shirt can be useful during time in and around the water. Bring only what you need for your outing and ask about any storage requirements in advance.
For Scooter Snorkeling, the sea scooter, mask, snorkel, fins and flotation vest are supplied. Other experiences have different inclusions: check the option you book.
5. Check in and listen to the briefing
Allow time to complete the check-in process described in your confirmation. Scooter Snorkeling includes a waiver and photo form, followed by equipment fitting and a safety briefing.
Ask questions before entering the water. Understanding how to hold and stop the scooter, follow your guide and manage your mask helps you make the most of the experience.
6. Find your photos after the tour
Scooter Snorkeling includes complimentary photos. The shared link is normally available within 24 hours; locate your date and session to find your group’s pictures.
If you need help, send the team your booking name, date and session. Photo arrangements for other activities should be confirmed with the selected package.
Cruise passengers: choose an earlier session
Choose the earliest departure that realistically fits your ship’s arrival and disembarkation time. Earlier sessions leave more time for the return journey and unexpected delays. Share your ship name, arrival time and all-aboard time before booking; do not choose an afternoon session without checking that the full visit fits.
